After roasting, fresh tea leaves are finely ground into particles suitable for hand-brewing. The hand-brewing method releases the flavor and trace elements of the tea through drip filtration, without the need for complicated soaking, allowing you to taste the sweet and mellow tea fully.

濾掛式茶包沖泡方式 / Drip Bag TEA Direction : 

    1. 撕開 OPEN   オープン

取出濾掛茶包，沿虛線撕開袋口.  Tear along the dotted line.  
濾掛け茶パックを取り出し、点線に沿って袋口を裂きます。

    2. 固定 SECURE   フィクス

將濾掛兩側掛耳拉開掛住杯緣.  Hang tabs on cup rim.
濾掛け茶パックの両側のタブをカップの縁にかけます。

    3. 沖泡 BREW    沖泡 

注入少量熱水後等待20秒，緩慢分批注入熱水300ml. 
Add a little hot water, wait 20s slowly pour 300ml. 
少量のお湯を注ぎ入れ、20秒待ってからゆっくりと300ml注ぎます。

純飲沖泡溫度70度為佳. Hot water about 70℃.
純飲沖泡の適切な温度は70℃程度です。

    4. 回沖 RE-BREW   リブリュー

可再次注入熱水回沖，直到無味為止.  Re-infuse with hot water until tasteless.
無味になるまで、再び熱湯を注ぎ入れます。

    5. 特調 FLAVORED   フレーバーを付ける

回沖使茶湯濃郁後再加入冰塊或其他調味.  Steep, add ice or flavorings. 
最初のティーバッグに再注入して茶スープを2倍の濃さにし、氷または香料を加えます。

(用沖泡第一次的茶湯再回沖茶包，讓茶湯變得雙倍濃郁，再加入冰塊或其他調味。
Re-infuse with the first brew to make the tea soup twice as strong, then add ice or flavorings.
最初のティーバッグに再注入して茶スープを2倍の濃さにし、氷または香料を加えます。)

★ This series of filter-hanging tea bags are products developed by Shin Feng Ming Tea Company. After proper roasting techniques, the tea leaves are suitable for long-term storage. Stored at appropriate low temperatures for a period of time, the tea aroma becomes richer and the tea soup more mellow and sweet.

    新鳳鳴早就在走一條創新的路

  新鳳鳴茶業 以茶職人的專業，特選適合的台灣原片茶葉，經過獨家的研磨技術(註一)，將茶葉轉化成小分子，再以這樣的專業及工法，將台灣茶葉產業發展出一條新的茶飲(飲茶)模式。

    於2002~2004年間，新鳳鳴以此技術，陸續製作出不同茶類別的冷泡茶，並將冷泡茶商品化。
實際將傳統茶改良成為家戶「隨手沖隨時飲」的新模式。(註二)

    之後發展出滴漏沖泡法，原片研磨後的「小分子茶葉」經由熱沸水快速流沖，茶湯滋味帶有濃厚的口感；水溫不同茶香滋味會有變化，也能回沖喔 ! 搭配不同花草植物，還能變化出更多風味。

    在創辦人夫婦不斷創新，發掘、研發更多茶葉的沖泡變化，創新的茶飲模式，於2008年前後，於台南市東區開設第一家「手沖茶館」(註三)，打破傳統一桶一桶的茶飲，『手沖滴漏泡』的沖泡方式，讓現點現沖的茶飲，保有茶葉更多新鮮口感！
