Our tea factory is the first in Taiwan to achieve dual certifications in food safety: ISO22000 and HACCP.

We partner with local Taiwanese tea farmers, using high-quality tea leaves and certified herbs. All our ingredients pass food safety inspections, ensuring that customers can enjoy our tea safely.

To support the government’s 2050 net-zero goal, we joined Tainan’s ESG Concept Store Program, conducting carbon inventory, reduction planning, and CSR training. In 2024, we earned the Tainan ESG Concept Store Certification, advancing toward eco-friendly packaging and sustainable business practices.

Our packaging materials pass third-party SGS inspections, and our tea bag materials comply with EU food-grade ISEGA standards. Individual packaging keeps the tea fresh and hygienic.
